History of Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty
Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty formed in 1996 as the result of the merging of Lassiter Realty founded in 1963 by Herbert and Joyce Lassiter and Whitman Realty, founded in 1987. Because of the partnership with both Lassiter and Whitman, Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty has a long history of serving Virgina's Eastern Shore. What started as a small, one office company has grown to meet the demand and changing needs of our community and now offers real estate services from over six offices covering the Virginia peninsula from Chincoteague to Cape Charles. Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty is the largest real estate firm on the Eastern Shore. We have over 60 professional realtors who maintain the tradition started 40 years ago of providing the highest quality in customer service to our clients and to meeting their real estate needs.
